Abstract

Building Automation System telah digunakan beberapa dekade yang lalu, sebagai salah satu solusi dalam untuk efisiensi energi, dalam implementasinya masih terdapat tiga jenis masalah integrasi pada BAS, pertama integrasi antara BAS dan aplikasi perusahaan yang ada. Kedua integrasi BAS dengan protokol seperti BACNet atau LonTalk, ketiga integrasi dari subsistem BAS. Layanan web dan internet sebagai layanan teknologi informasi saat ini mulai digunakan sebagai solusi masalah integrasikan pada (BAS). Pada penelitian ini penulis mengajukan model BAS menggunakan layanan web dan layanan internet yand disedian interner provider, menggunakan Pilot SPM9. Kelebihan Pilot SPM91 terlihat pada data yang ditampilkan, dengan melihat data yang terkirim ke database pemilik gedung dapat dengan mudah melihat pemakaian listrik dalam harian maupun bulanan.
