We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all authors, reviewers, and editorial team members who contributed to the publication of Jurnal Teknoif Teknik Informatika Institut Teknologi Padang Volume 13, Number 2.
This issue comprises eight research articles authored by 25 researchers affiliated with universities and higher education institutions across Indonesia: : Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, Ahmad Dahlan University, PGRI University Semarang, Astra Polytechnic, University of Mataram, Ibn Khaldun University Bogor, and State Manufacturing Polytechnic of Bangka Belitung. The articles cover a range of topics in information technology, including data mining and classification using the C4.5 algorithm, real-time inventory management systems, geographic information systems and clustering analysis, machine learning for electricity consumption analysis, neural networks for cardiovascular disease prediction, user-centered application design, and web-based information systems integrated with WhatsApp. The contributions in this issue demonstrate the application of computational methods and information technology to address practical challenges in business operations, public services, energy management, healthcare, and information systems development. This issue features articles written in both Indonesian and English. Articles written in Indonesian include abstracts in Indonesian, while articles written in English are presented in English. We hope that the articles published in this issue will provide valuable insights, support further research, and contribute to the advancement of information technology and its applications in various fields. We sincerely appreciate the contributions and collaboration of all parties involved in the publication of this issue.
